• We are responsible for obtaining required permits for permitted work. Customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access
• Customer is responsible for notifying Perris Concrete Company of any known underground utilities, irrigation, or other buried obstructions prior to excavation
• All workmanship warranties are outlined in the written contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
• Changes to scope of work must be agreed in writing. Verbal change orders are not binding

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

11. Changes to These Terms
